No, a credit check does not form part of the application process.
Primis doesn’t offer loans or credit of any type, which means we don’t have to be registered with the National Credit Regulator.
Our fees start at 0.15% per day of the total commission until the balance is settled. If the balance is not settled after 120 days our fee reduces to 0.049%.
We typically pay out an initial 60% the commission amount (excluding VAT). Once the property registers we send the calculations to the attorney's office where our fees are deducted. Any remaining amounts will be paid to you by the attorney.
Aside from all required documentation, we need to check with your agency or broker whether there are any outstanding monies owed to them. Additionally, we only provide bridging finance on secured transactions.
Approved applications are typically paid out within two business days.
